SONESOCCER is pleased to extend its indoor provision in the Morris County area by offering individual and small group (6 maximum) training sessions at the Athlete Development Institute (ADI). ADI is conveniently located right on Route 10 and minutes from Rte 24, 287 and 80.

ADI was formed to provide personalized evaluation, planning, instruction and guidance to middle school, high school, and college student athletes to maximize their success in the chosen sport, in school and in the selection of a career. The Institute also provides a graduated and age appropriate introduction to physical movement and sports involvement to pre-school and elementary school students, while providing appropriate developmental activities to post college adults.

In addition to synthetic turf, The ADI facility has a full range of strength training equipment and speed / agility equipment, cardio fitness machines and speed and agility courses. Beyond merely a sports activity facility, it also offers consultation and video viewing rooms, injury treatment and resource centers, as well as a refreshment/snack center and a lounge with internet access.
